Manish Malhotra’s Lakmé Fashion Week show was brimming with Bollywood stars

After five days of back-to-back events, Lakmé Fashion Week winter/festive 2017 came to an end at Mumbai’s St Regis Hotel last night with a grand closing show by designer Manish Malhotra.

One of Bollywood's favourites, Malhotra’s presentation didn’t just feature celebrities on the runway (this time around, the couturier’s showstoppers were Jacqueline Fernandez and Aditya Roy Kapur), it also brought together a star-studded guest list. There to catch the first glimpse of Malhotra’s latest collection—a series of cocktail dresses, evening gowns and menswear—were some of his closest celebrity friends, including Karisma Kapoor, Sridevi and daughter Khushi Kapoor, and Amrita Arora Ladak, all decked out in handpicked pieces from his shimmering new line. Joining them in the front row were Karan Johar, Shabana Azmi, Shriya Saran, Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani, Dia Mirza, Neha Dhupia, Richa Chadha, Pooja Hegde, Diana Penty, Sooraj Pancholi, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sonali Bendre and Kanika Kapoor.
