Salman Khan's Kick 2 Will Be Directed By Sajid Nadiadwala, Confirms The Maker

The megastar of Bollywood, Salman Khan is one of the busiest actors of Bollywood. The 53-year old personality will soon now wrap up the shooting of Dabangg 3 and will begin with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah along with Alia Bhatt. After that, he has interesting line-ups like Veteran remake, Tiger franchise and Kick 2. Now talking about the later one, recently there were rumours that Rohit Shetty will step in as the director for Kick 2. But the makes have cleared the air and confirmed that Sajid Nadiadwala, who helmed the first part will be directing the second installment as well.

Nadiadwala Grandson shared the news on their Twitter account and wrote, "Clearing the air, we strongly deny any reports of association of any other name as the director of Kick 2. The next of the franchise, Kick 2 is with Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment & will be directed by Sajid Nadiadwala."

Talking about the first part, the film was a blockbuster and had earned Rs 233 crore at the box office. It also featured Jacqueline Fernandez, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Randeep Hooda and Saurabh Shukla in key roles. 
The film was shot in Poland and India.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is currently basking the success of Bharat, which has earned over Rs 150 crore in 5 days at the ticket windows. Talking about the film, it is an official adaption of a Korean film, Ode To My Father. The film showcases Salman Khan in five different avatars from 18 to 72 years. Bharat also stars Jackie Shroff, Tabu, Sunil Grover, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi and Aasif Sheikh in key roles. It marks the third collaboration between director Ali Abbas Zafar and Salman Khan after Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai.
