Petta teaser is all about loving the man called Rajinikanth!
It is Rajinikanth's birthday today and as is customary down South, we got see the teaser of Petta. After creating a huge noise at the box office with 2.0, Rajinikanth's next release is Petta scheduled to hit the theatres on Pongal 2019. The teaser is all about celebrating the biggest superstar of Indian cinema Rajinikanth. It shows clearly how much we love the actor for his swag, his attitude and the way he handles his charisma. It's always a treat to watch Rajinikanth on the big screen and pretty sure, Thalaiva is aware of the effect he has on people. So there's him wearing sunglasses which is famously known as the Rajinikanth style, the way he walks and then gives a laugh... it's a celebration of all things Rajinikanth. The audio launch of Petta happened a few days back and Rajinikanth opened up about how things were put in motion for this film. IANS quoted him saying, "When Sembian and Kannan from Sun Pictures came home and requested me to act in their production, I immediately gave my nod. Karthik Subbaraj had pitched a story to me. It was on my mind and as I listened to stories from other filmmakers, I wasn't quite satisfied. Then, I called Karthik again this year and asked him to narrate. This time, he stunned me with an excellent, well-developed version of the story he pitched earlier."
