For all those waiting for a one of a kind film, we have news for you! Jayam Ravi‘s space film – Tik Tik Tik has now an official release date – June 22nd! Get ready for an out of the world experience this June. Set in outer space, Tik Tik Tik is about a space mission carried out by astronauts to avert the attack of an asteroid before it destroys the planet. Heading this mission is Jayam Ravi along with a few other astronauts. The trailer boasts spectacular visuals set in outer space. In fact, the trailer garnered record-breaking six million views on its release.

This film will mark the reunion of Jayam Ravi and Shakti Soundar Rajan after Miruthan – a film based on Zombies. This film will also mark the debut of Jayam Ravi’s son – Aarav. Hats off to Jayam Ravi for getting involved in a gutsy concept. After Zombies, he is set to go into outer space. In fact, he will also be part of another historical drama – Sangamithra, a magnum opus initiated by Sundar C. The film will star Disha Ptaani in the lead. Arya will also be part of this film.

Coming back to Tik Tik Tik, it will now have a solo release date this June. This will be one of a kind space film. Out of 51 days, 35 days had action sequences, and no one can pull it off like the way he did. All the artists’ diligence was terrific because this film was in a closed space and most of their on-sets time would be on a harness. It would be so heavy to move around, and it will take an hour to remove the harness. Only these courteous people can undergo all this and still give their best,”
