However, dad Anil Kapoor said they did speak about it at the right time. We know that his Juhu bungalow is already decked up and filled with relatives. Dance practice is on in full swing for Sonam’s sangeet. Today, they have released an official statement that reads, “The Kapoor and Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam and Anand. The wedding will take place on the 8th of May in Mumbai . Since it is an intimate affair , we request you to respect the family’s need for privacy. Thank you for all your blessings and love,as we celebrate this special moment in our lives.”

Everyone wants every detail on Sonam’s wedding. There is immense curiosity as Sonam and Anand’s jodi have won over hearts with their cute chemistry. The first function is obviously, the mehendi one. It will be held at her maternal aunt Kavita Singh’s luxurious bungalow in Bandra.
