Today on his birthday, fans are treated to a massy new still from his upcoming film – Saamy Sqaure. He looks like he is ready to hunt down and make your life hell. This still has made us excited for one of the most awaited sequels. We are loving the toned biceps and his no-nonsense look. Reports suggest he is set to play a dual role in the film with each character taking on different avatars. But some reports state that while the film is being called a sequel to Saamy, the movie will revolve around Ramswaamy’s son – A.Ramasaamy. Chiyaan Vikram will star opposite Keerthy Suresh for the first time.
For those who don’t know, Saamy was about Aarusaamy, a cop whose ultimate aim was to keep the city in control and if that included accepting bribes, he was ready to take them. But one find day, things take a turn for the worse and he finds himself taking revenge against one of the biggest goon-politicians – Ilaiya Perumal. The movie went on to become one of the biggest commercial hits. The movie also starred Trisha. Trisha was to be part of Saamy Squaure but due to creative differences, the actress exited the movie. This film along with several other cop films set a trend for hardcore commercial entertainers in Tamil cinema.

The sequel’s shooting had come to a halt owing to the Tamil cinema Strike. The movie reportedly has only 14 days of shoot left. The minute the strike is lifted, the team will get back to shooting n full swing. Meanwhile this new still has created crazy excitement among fans.
