Power star finally caught with Tollywood's recent hit - Rangasthalam.
Ram Charan – Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Rangasthalam hit theatres on March 30. Ever since, the film has been receiving rave reviews. Sukumar has been highly praised for his realistic portrayal of rural, Ram Charan and Samantha have been lauded for their dramatic acts and makeovers. To add to the positive reviews, the film is creating a storm at the box office. At the end of the week, the movie managed to cross the Rs 120 crore mark at the worldwide box office. Apart from fans, even celebs took to gush about the film. And now we have another top star reviewing the movie. He is one of the biggest stars of Tollywood and boasts of staggering fan base. He couldn’t watch the movie due ot political commitments., but as per reports on IBT a special screen was organised for him. He happens to Ram Charan’s uncle. Yes, we are talking about Power Star Pawan Kalyan!
The veteran actor finally watched the film and here’s what he has to say – After Tholi Prema, I never came to a theatre to watch a movie, but for some reason, I felt like watching Rangasthalam. It is really a wonderful movie and Ram Charan has delivered an outstanding performance. Producer Naveen has made a good movie.” stated the actor as per reports on IBT. He added that he would give a detailed review of Rangasthalam at the success meet.
Rangasthalm ever since its release is breaking records one after the other. The movie witnessed the highest opening for a Telugu film at the Chennai Box office on Day 1. The film is not the third highest grossing Telugu film at the US box office after Baahubali 1 and 2. It managed to beat Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu that managed ot hold the third position for three years. This was Ram Charan- Samantha Ruth Prabu’s first film.
