The first trailer of the six installment in the Mission Impossible franchise is here!
The first trailer of Mission: Impossible—Fallout has been dropped upon us, and as expected there is no shortage of action. The trailer of this sixth film in the super hit spy franchise was premiered during the Super Bowl on Sunday (February 4). Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt and it’s indeed great to see him doing some amazing, impossible things. In the trailer, we are made to understand that a previous mission has gone wrong and Hunt has to fix a few things. The trailer then launches into motorcycle chases, fist fights, and that goosebumps inducing helicopter chase towards the end. That part where Cruise runs his car into Rebecca Hall as she shoots at him is my personal favourite.

Watch the trailer right here:
Last week, Cruise posted a photo, which was a still from the film, promising fans, “We’ve upped the ante for the sixth #MissionImpossible. I can’t wait for you guys to see more.” And after looking at the trailer, we cannot agree more.
Fallout was forced to stop production in August 2017 after Cruise suffered a serious injury while performing a stunt. Yep! Most of the stunts that you see in the trailer have been performed by him, without a body double. He broke his ankle after slamming into a wall while jumping across a building gap. The stunt can be see at 2.11 in the trailer.

Henry Cavill, Angela Bassett, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg and Alec Baldwin also star in the movie. Mission: Impossible – Fallout will open in theaters on July 27. How did you like the trailer? Let us know in comments below.
