LEAKED! Is this Ranbir Kapoor’s weapon in Brahmastra?

Brahmastra is the first film in a three part superhero series.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are shooting for Brahmastra in Bulgaria. Ayan Mukerji, the director of the film, had earlier informed that the film is set in modern times but has a distinct influence of ancient India. He had said, “It’s a modern-day film set in India as-it-exists today. But the reason why it’s called Brahmastra is because the energies, wisdom, powers in the film come from ancient India. That’s all I would say.

There are some costumes, may be not the way you’d expect them to be.” All this while people were assuming it’s a superhero tale because the film is called Brahmastra,
which means Lord Brahma’s weapon. Now a picture of Ranbir holding a double bit throwing axe is doing the rounds of the internet and it has made us wonder if it is the same weapon that Ranbir will wield in the film.

Alia and Ranbir had even gone to Israel for a recce and later travelled to Bulgaria for the shoot of the film. They have been preparing for their roles since a while now. They will be seen performing some high-octane action sequences in the film. They have been training with Jonathan Fletcher. The latter even posted a picture with the actors on Instagram.

Brahmastra is the first in a three-part superhero series. Except for Krrish, all Indian superheroes have disappointed at the box office. Let’s hope that Brahmastra is an exception.
