Former beauty queen, aishwarya rai bachchan celebrates her 44th birthday today and we are sure all the warm wishes from the fans around the world have kept her occupied since morning. The actress had no big plans of celebrating her special day this year and was in fact planning a small intimate bash with close friends and family members. The actress was snapped outside Siddhivinayak temple in Dadar today afternoon with daughter Aaradhya. She was there to seek blessings from the Almighty on her special day. The actress who was snapped outside a temple looked flawless in an ethnic white attire and ditto was the case for her darling daughter. Aaradhya too, looked damn adorable in her white frock with colourful hemlines at the bottom. This isn’t a ritual that the actress follows every year but she might soon start following it….

Earlier a source close to us had revealed some details about the actress’ birthday bash. It revealed “aishwarya was very close to her father and hence it is going to be just a private affair for her. She wasn’t even keen on ringing in her birthday but her mother insisted that she do this, given that her father always loved celebrating such special days. She will be hosting an intimate party that will be attended by her family members and close friends. Abhishek Bachchan, Aaradhya, Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan along with Vrinda Rai, brother Aditya Rai and his family will be present for this party. Mickey Contractor, who is Aishwarya’s best friend, will also be attending.” Another source added, “Abhishek has taken care of all the arrangements. Though it is only family, he wants things to be in place.” Sweet, we say!
