Now that’s one retro song whose recreated version we don’t mind listening to. sidharth malhotra and sonakshi sinha give the retro song, Raat Baaki, a thrilling effect and we love it. The song has been sung by Jubin Nautyal and Nikhita Gandhi, recreated by Tanishk Bagchi. The original song was composed by Bappi Lahiri, sung by the legendary Asha Bhosle and is still one of our favourite retro songs. But since Ittefaq is a thriller, the song has been recreated to give those vibes. Akshaye Khanna is also a part of the video song and in fact, it ends with his narration that we saw in the trailer, too.

Thankfully, Ittefaq Se doesn’t have any of those rap versions in between and Tanishk has stuck to the genre. Sonakshi looks damn sexy in the song as she swoons to the music in her black lace outfit. They’ve obviously also included a couple of scenes from the trailer in the music video. The look and feel of the music video is dark to suit the theme, of course. Good, isn’t it? We like the fact that the song hasn’t been changed way too much and just the lyrics have been changed but they sound good. Of course, listening to Ittefaq Se will make you want to listen to the original composition of the song but just for nostalgia or because you just love it so much.
Ittefaq is a thriller about double murders, two suspects and two different versions of the crime. Like Akshaye says in the trailer, the third version is the truth that they need to crack. The trailer looks damn good and we’re excited for it. We wonder what they have in store for us with this thriller.
