We loved the cheerfulness of Radha, moved to the beats of Beech Beech Mein, got mesmerised by the soulful notes of Safar and swayed to the Punjabi swag of Butterfly. Now prepare yourself to immerse in the heavy emotions of forbidden love of Hawayein. Yes, the latest track of JAB HARRY MET SEJAL is out, and it is the kind that you do expect from an Imtiaz Ali movie. The song is picturised on the lead stars of Anushka Sharma and Shah Rukh Khan, and is composed by Pritam.
Now we know that Harry, played by SHAH RUKH KHAN, plays a tourist guide in the movie, who is also a womanizer while also searching for something to fill the void within. Enters ANUSHKA SHARMA‘s Sejal, a Gujarati tourist, who hires Harry to search for her missing engagement ring. And since this is a Bollywood movie, we know that they are going to fall in love in the process.
Going by how Hawayein is picturised, it comes at that exact moment, when the womanizer develops actual feelings for this girl, and she struggles to reciprocate his feelings, since she is already committed. The reluctance in the admission of their love mingling with their strong magnetic pull makes Hawayein such a passionate song. And there is Arijit Singh of course, who is slowly becoming SRK’s staple voice.

So will harry and sejal manage to overcome their own barriers and be together? Or is Imtiaz Ali going to spring a special surprise for us in the movie? Well, we have to wait till August 4 to know about that, when JAB HARRY MET SEJAL releases in a theatre near you. This is the third movie that Anushka Sharma is doing with Shah Rukh Khan, after making her debut opposite him in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. This is the first time both the stars will be working with Imtiaz Ali, though.
