Aamir Khan's 'Dangal', which also stars Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Sakshi Tanwar, Zaira Wasim and Suhani Bhatnagar in key roles, continues its dominance at the box-office. The film earned Rs 9.12 crore on Day 14, taking its total domestic collection to a stupendous Rs 313.5 crore.

The sports drama, co-written and directed by Nitesh Tiwari, has already dethroned Salman Khan's 'Sultan' to become the highest grosser of 2016. It is the fourth entrant to the prestigious Rs 300-crore club after ' PK', ' Bajrangi Bhaijaan ' and 'Sultan  .'

Interestingly, it's a battle of two Aamir Khan-starrers for the distinction of Bollywood's highest grosser. Currently, his 2014 release 'PK' is sitting strong at the top of the list. Now, the question remains if 'Dangal' will be able to beat the lifetime collection of 'PK' (Rs 340 crore) and emerge as the highest grossing Bollywood film ever.

Dangal', which is the last major Bollywood release of 2016, tells the story of Indian wrestler and coach Mahavir Singh Phogat and how he trained his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari to become world-class wrestlers.
