Ranveer Singh challenged Baba Ramdev for a dance battle. He was shocked by what happened next.
It takes a Baba Ramdev to tire the hyperactive ball of energy that is Ranveer Singh. This is exactly what happened when Ranveer Singh turned the stage of a session at Agenda Aaj Tak in Delhi into a makeshift gym. He then invited Bab Ramdev to dance with him. Now, we all know that Ranveer has energy levels that practically bounce off the walls. He would have guessed that when it comes to a dance battle, he could defeat a lot of people. Baba Ramdev, however, is not one of them. The actor was tired out by the yoga guru who left him panting and had to accept defeat.
The pictures of the dance-off between Ranveer Singh and Baba Ramdev are pure gold. You can see the yoga guru trying out dance poses and Ranveer trying yoga positions Ramdev is famous for. Between the two of them, the audience at the conclave was left in splits. While Ramdev happily went through his set of push-ups, yoga moves and dance steps, he asked a tired Ranveer Singh about his lack of stamina. Now who would have thought that Ranveer would be asked that question!
Ranveer graciously, and a little out of breath, accepted defeat. It seems the actor can do with some fitness tip from Baba Ramdev. The two did their strange mix of dance and yoga to Bajirao Mastani’s famous song Malhari. While the dance-off went on, the audience could only look on wide-eyed.
Ranveer Singh was also swept off his feet by Baba Ramdev, like literally. This is when Ranveer threw in the towel and accepted defeat.
