The teaser of much-awaited film Dear Comrade is out now and all one gets to see is an intense fightback scene of Vijay Deverakonda and a passionate lip lock with Rashmika Mandanna. The teaser also has powerful background vocals which gives a sneak peek of what the film has in store. As seen in the teaser, Dear Comrade seems to be about college politics with Vijay and Rashmika playing the romantic leads. 

Although the teaser may leave you thinking what the plot could be all about, it doesn't reveal much about the fight the protagonist is leading here. The makers have captioned the film 'Fight for what you Love' and Vijay's two-dimensional act, a fight , in the teaser hints that the narrative maybe interlinked. Director Bharat Kamma smartly keeps the teaser very simple, leaving fans of asking for more.

Dear Comrade will have music by Justin Prabhakaran, who belongs to new-age music composers flock. His previous projects have proved his mettle as a composer but Dear Comrade takes it to a new level. The teaser has enough quantity of score that gives a glimpse of what he has planned for fans and how he would surprise them. The cinematography of Dear Comrade is handled by Sujith Sarang who has worked with Vijay on Taxiwaala earlier.

Dear Comrade is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Big Ben Cinemas jointly. 

Interestingly, the film will be released in four South Indian languages Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. Dear Comrade is slated to be released on May 31 this year.
