Fans of Tamil star Suriya are gearing up for a busy season ahead since the actor has couple of films lined up this year – NGK and Kaappaan. NGK is directed by Selvaraghavan and will have Suriya playing a rebellious character, while Kaappaan has the actor as a stylish cop which was revealed in the title posters on New Year’s Day. Suriya is shooting for Kaappan currently in Chandigarh and it is said to be the penultimate schedule of the film.
Meanwhile, his pictures from the sets are now going viral in which Suriya is seen posing with his little fans. In a particular picture, Suriya is also seen engrossed in a scene and fans cannot hold their excitement. Kaappaan is directed by KV Anand and is the actor-director’s third association. The film also stars Malayalam star Mohanlal in an important role while Tamil actor Arya will be seen playing the antagonist. Sayyeshaa will be seen romancing Suriya in the film while Bollywood actor Boman Irani will be essaying a key role in the venture as well. The makers are yet to announce the release date of Kaappaan but news has it that the film may hit the theatres in 2019 summer.
