Makers of Kaala have dropped a new poster featuring Thalaivar and Nana
June 7 is going to be one big day. The excitement is growing with every passing day as we are inching closer to the date and why wouldn’t it, a Rajinikanth movie is coming our way! Kaala starring Thalaivar in the lead is all set to release in the first week of June. What’s more interesting is that Rajinikanth is collaborating with Nana Patekar in this film. The makers have dropped a poster featuring the two actors, which has upped all the excitement. We have already told you that Kaala will not only release in Tamil but in Hindi too. In fact there will be a face-off between Rajinikanth and Nana Patekar in the movie. The main plot of Kaala revolves around the oppressed Tamils of Mumbai, and Rajinikanth will be reportedly playing the role of a don.
Recently a grand audio launch was held in Chennai. The event was attended by Rajinikanth, Dhanush (Rajinikanth’s son-in-law, who is also producing the film) and the rest of the cast and crew. The teaser, posters and album have given a glimpse into the character of Rajinikanth. The teaser has clocked in over 20 million views beating other teasers that released this year! It is after two years that we will see Rajinikanth on the big screen.
Kaala’ also features Huma Qureshi and Anjali Patil in pivotal roles. This movie marks Rajinikanth’s second collaboration with Pa Ranjith who last directed Kabali. It was one of the biggest hits of 2016. Stay tuned to here as we bring you all the updates about Kaala.
