Chiyaan Vikram’s Saamy Square first look will be out tomorrow

The first motion poster of Saamy Sqaure starring Chiyaan Vikram will be out tomorrow.

One movie fans have been long waiting for is Chiyaan Vikram’s Saamy Square. It is the sequel to the Vikram’s 2003 film – Saamy that was one of the biggest hits in Tamil Cinema. His turn as a cop was highly appreciated by fans. To think he is returning after fifteen years is quite exciting. But guess what? We have more bigger news – The first look of Saamy Sqaure will be out tomorrow 8pm! Yes, the day we have been waiting for is finally here! We are super excited. We also revealed to you earlier how Chiyaan Vikram might be playing a double so can we expect two avatars in one poster? We can’t say! As of now, we can’t wait for them to unveil the poster! 

It was films like Saamy and Kaakha Kaakha that paved the way for future cop films. They created a trend of emotional yet gripping cop stories that made you fall in love with the lead character. With Chiyaan Vikram reprising his role we can’t wait to find out what he has in store this time. Unfortunately, Trisha wont return for the sequel. She had initially joined Saamy Square but due to creative differences, she opted out of the project. The sequel will star Keerthy Suresh.

While many are calling it the sequel, reports suggest Saamy Square might revolve around the son of the lead character from Saamy. For those who don’t know, Saamy Square was about a cop who would go to any length to maintain peace in the city even if it meant accepting bribes. But one fine day, things took a drastic turn and he found himself taking revenge against a big goon. The movie would have easily released this year itself but owing to the strike, the shooting came to a halt. We are hoping along with the launch of the first look, the makers will confirm the release date.
