The Sanju teaser is simply BRILLIANT!
The much awaited teaser of Sanju is here and we have to say it is out of the world. The Sanjay Duttbiopic starring Ranbir Kapoor has been the talk of the town since quite a few months now and looks like the buzz is just going to grow after this teaser. Being the first promotional material, the Sanju teaser had to be really interesting and director Rajkumar Hirani has made sure that he doesn’t disappoint. The teaser was released online today (April 24) and while there were many who doubted if Ranbir could make the audience believe that he was Dutt, we have to say that the star kid will fool you quite easily into thinking that it is actually the senior actor on the big screen. Yes, we aren’t kidding! Ranbir embodies and personifies Dutt to perfection.
The Sanju teaser starts with Sanjay Dutt’s release from Tihar jail. Dutt himself is seen in the teaser, but in the very next scene, we see Ranbir in Dutt’s avatar. And we have to say he pulls it off with conviction. In fact, RK has picked up the actor’s style of walking and talking and all his other nuances so well that you will be confused if it is Ranbir or Sanjay Dutt on the big screen. And while we don’t see Anushka Sharma or Sonam Kapoor in the teaser, it does show us three to four different looks that RK will feature in the movie. We even see the actor’s raw talent and Rajkumar Hirani’s knack of getting every sequence and movement perfect. Though it is just 85 seconds long, the Sanju teaser stays fresh in your mind for a long time.
Sanju is a biopic on Sanjay Dutt’s life, his struggles, his Bollywood career, his love life, controversies, jail term and much more. It is an emotional drama that will surely touch your heart. Apart from Ranbir, the film also boasts of an ensemble cast including the likes of Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Vicky Kaushal, Jim Sarbh, Dia Mirza and several others.
