The trailer of Veere Di Wedding will be unveiled on April 19th
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor’s much awaited collaboration, Veere Di Wedding will hits the screens in June and the movie posters have already generated a lot of buzz. The yummy mummy of B-town had vowed to look her best in this movie and from what we see, she wasn’t bluffing at all. While the shooting of the movie is nearly done, the unit has to shoot for a special music video with all the four lead actresses of the film. Sonam Kapoor took to her Instagram account to reveal that she along with her girls will be shooting for a special music video today which will be choreographed by none other than Farah Khan. Will it be a proper wedding dance number? We hope so since the year so far has not offered anything on the similar lines.
Earlier in the day, we came to know that the theatrical promo of Veere Di Wedding starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania will be out on April 19th. “The theatrical promo for VDW will be launched on April 19. Unlike most others, this won’t be just a digital launch, but the actors will be unveiling the trailer with a press conference,” the source DNA.
Let’s not call the movie a chic flick since Sonam Kapoor finds it too tacky. Yes, you read it right. She hates the word and has no plans of tagging it with her production venture. “Don’t call it that! It’s so bad. There’s no such thing as chick flicks. Do you call a hero’s film a stud film? No, right? It’s so tacky,” she had said. When Pinkvilla had asked Kareena about Veere Di Wedding, the actress revealed, “Yeah! It is my wedding in the movie and it will be different. Rhea is going to style me. It will be stylish. And with Sonam – the fashionista in the movie, I surely cannot wear my jeans and t-shirt. Or you never know, I may convince her to come out of her ball gowns and wear jeans and t-shirt.”
