Vivek Oberoi will star opposite Ram Charan in Boyapati Srinu.
After playing the lead antagonist opposite Ajith Kumar in Vivegam last year, Vivek Oberoi is all set to step into Tollywood with Ram Charan’s next. After Rangasthalam, Ram Charan is set to team up with Boyapati Srinu. This upcoming Telugu film is touted to be a hardcore actioner that promises high octane action sequences. Everyone is excited that Ram Charan is set to return in a commercial Avatar. In fact, Vivek already shot his first scene – “There were people running helter skelter, some being crushed under the wheels of 20-25 cars racing around and clouds of the dust flying around as Vivek appears on screen. It was a great entry,” stated a report on a leading tabloid.
Vivek will take on a more aggressive avatar for this film. “Boyapati Srinu, believes that Vivek with his presence will make the character look ruthless and menacing. He’s crucial to the plot and the director believes Vivek who has impressed with his performances in films like Company, Shootout at Lokhandwala and Rakht Charitra in the past will do complete justice to the role which is why he has been signed for a sizeable sum,” revealed a source further as per the leading tabloid. In Vivegam, he played a suave, conniving guy who betrays Ajith after putting on a fake act of friendship. Vivek was all praises for Ajith post the shoot and called him a gem of a person. We can’t wiat to check out the chemistry Vivek and Ram Charan will share.
in other news, Ram Charan is awaiting the release of Rangasthalam. The film will hit theatres on 29th March, 2018. The movie also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The two have come together for the first time. Both their teasers have been garnered much buzz. The film is set to release on 29th March, 2018.
