One of the most anticipated films of this year is AJITH KUMAR‘s Viswasam! It’s Thala’s fourth film with Siva after Veeran, Vedhalam and Vivegam. Unlike the last film, the title of his next has already been revealed. Joining Ajith on the sets of Viswasam is Nayanthara. Fans are super excited that two powerhouses of talent are teaming up for this upcoming movie. Viswasam is touted to be a hardcore mass entertainer. As per the latest update Ajith will begin shooting on March 23rd at the Ramoji Film city in Hyderabad. The first shooting schedule will go on till the second week of Apri post the schedules will continue in Chennai and Mumbai. If all goes well, makers are looking at a Diwali 2018 release. But the film will face a clash with two other mega projects – Thalapathy 62 starring Vijay and Keerthy Suresh and NGK starring Suriya. This festive season is sure looking epic already.
Ajith was last seen in Vivegam, a slick actioner set across exotic locales. The film had Ajith take on the role of a anti- terrorist squad. The film also starred Kajal Aggarwal, Akshara Haasan. The movie marked Vivek Oberoi’s debut in Tamil cinema. The film was made on a lavish budget of Rs 100 crore. However, the movie on its release opened to mixed reviews and did not quite fare well at the box office. Fans are now looking forward to Viswasam, Ajith is going down the commercial route with this upcoming film. With Nayanthara playing the female lead, the movie has gained new importance. It will mark their reunion after many years. Their pairing has always been popular among fans. With both having grown by leaps and bounds, this film is going to see both of them shine!
