We are in love with the first look of NGK
And here it is! The much awaited first look of Suriya’s 36th film has been dropped. The poster, which was unveiled by Suriya on his Twitter account reveals NGK to be the title and the Tamil superstar’s character name in the film. The poster has a wall painting look as we see a bearded Suriya with a cap and ultra cool shades. Reminds us of Argentine Marxist revolutionary, Che Guevara. There was already a lot of excitement ever since it was announced that director Selvaraghavan and Suriya will be collaborating for this project. And now that the first poster and the title is here, fans are not able to keep calm.

It was earlier speculated that Suriya 36 will be a revival of Selvaraghvan’s film, Kaan, which never made it past the post-production stage. But a Source Exclusively Told Astarcineplex, “It’s definitely not Kaan. Suriya is a fresh story written by Selvaraghavan. He took nearly six months to complete the story. It’s the longest he has taken to write a film. It will be an exciting project for Suriya fans.”
NGK will be released on Diwali 2018 alongside Thalapathy Vijay’s Thalapathy 62 with director AR Murugadoss and Thala Ajith’s Thala 58 with director Siva. Prabhu SR’s Dream Warrior Pictures, the studio which is known for backing quality content-driven films such as Aruvi, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, Maya, and Joker, is producing the film. Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet play the female leads in NGK. Yuvan Shankar Raja has been signed to compose music for the film.
