Just in case you guys were excited to see Abhishek Bachchan’s collaboration with Anurag Kashyap for Manmarziyaan, here’s something that will excite you further. The makers of this intense love story have released the first look of its lead actors, Abhishek Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal from their upcoming movie and all we can say is that it looks damn interesting. Abhishek Bachchan reminisces his look from Farah Khan’s hit movie, Happy New Year and joins the likes of stars like Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Arjun Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan who have donned a turbans for their movie characters before. The Anurag Kashyap directorial went on floors in February and is expected to release on 7th September this year. 

If Abhishek Bachchan’s first still from the movie is too intense, there’s Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal posing as a happy couple. The actress taking the Raazi actor for a piggyback ride is something so adorable and common in any love story. While we earlier assumed Taapsee to romance Jr Bachchan in the movie, the latest stills clear all the air surrounding the story line. The first schedule of the movie will be shot in Kashmir followed by other places. The makers reportedly want to capture the snowfall, due to which the first schedule is to be shot in Kashmir.

Junior Bachchan who was last seen in Akshay Kumar starrer Housefull 3 in 2016 will return to big screen after two long years and he’s adamant on making the long wait worth it. Manmarziyaan is the same movie that earlier starred Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles. The movie was helmed by Sameer Arya. Later on, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari was made the director of the film. Post her exit, the film will now be an Anurag Kashyap directorial and will be produced by Aanand L. Rai.
