Amitabh Bachchan gives us an update on his health, says “the treatment was successful!”

Everyone across the globe was in for a shock yesterday (March 13), when Amitabh Bachchan wrote on his blog that he was not feeling so well. The actor was shooting for Thugs of Hindostan in Jodhpur, when his health deteriorated. A team of doctors were rushed to check up on him. Apparently, the actor was experiencing severe shoulder, back and neck pain after an intense shoot. Jaya Bachchan had even confirmed it yesterday, when she told the media, “Amitji is fine. He has pain in the back and neck. The costumes are very heavy, so there’s some pain.” But looks like after getting the appropriate treatment, the veteran star is feeling much better and healthy.

As Amitabh Bachchan himself revealed on Twitter, “T 2742 – कुछ कष्ट बढ़ा, चिकिस्तक को चिकिस्ता के लिए बुलाना पड़ा ; इलाज प्रबल , स्वस्थ हुए नवल , चलो इसी बहाने , अपनों का पता तो चला ~ ab (An ailment increased, so I had to call in the doctors to conduct my check up. The treatment was successful, I am healthy now. And because of this, I even came to know who are my closed ones – AB).” The actor has also resumed shoot and will complete his portions in a couple of days. Well, we wish the veteran star stays fit and fine. We just can’t wait to see him in Thugs of Hindostan.
