So the latest buzz that’s got everyone talking right now is that of Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli being the first guests on the next season of Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan. An online portal carried this speculation stating how Anushka is planning to promote her Holi release Pari along with co-producer Prerna Arora and that during their episode, Virat too will join in for a segment or two. The report also cited that Karan Johar is likely to kick off the sixth season of his chat show next month and has already finalised his first guests in Anushka, Virat and Prerna. When we called up our sources to confirm about Anushka-Virat’s appearance on KWK 6, they EXCLUSIVELY clarified to us that forget Anushka-Virat being the first guests, Karan has not even decided when he wants to start with the next season of Koffee With Karan. “Whenever it goes on floors, it’ll be announced but it’s definitely not happening in the coming month”, added the source.” But of course, that doesn’t rule out the anticipation to see Anushka and Virat together on Koffee With Karan. Given the amount of love people have for this couple who keeps setting relationship goals, it would be lovely to have them on Karan’s show. Remember how Karan had trolled Anushka by linking her to Virat a couple of seasons back? Probably, Anushka can now give it back to Karan, if at all she appears with Virat in the next season.
On the professional front, Anushka is currently gearing up for her next release Pari that’s hitting the screens on March 2 (Holi). She is simultaneously also shooting for Sui Dhaaga co-starring Varun Dhawan that recently went on floors and has Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero in her kitty.
