Composer Anirudh Ravichander has said that he was under tremendous pressure to deliver an entertaining film when he was signed up for Thaanaa Serndha Koottam. “Since TSK marks Vignesh Shivan’s first big star film, he was under tremendous pressure to deliver an entertaining film that satisfies the expectations of audiences. After Naanum Rowdy Thaan, which was made on a smaller scale, he tried his best to make TSK engaging. As a result, there’s not even a single negative review for the film by anyone. His hard work and dedication have paid off,” said Anirudh who has delivered a chartbuster album for the film, which is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja’s Studio Green.Initially, when the event started, Suriya was not supposed to attend. Producer Gnanavel Raja said he was suffering from fatigue and food poisoning issues due to his extensive travel experience in Andhra Pradesh for the past few days for his road trip to visit theaters across various cities and meet his fans. However, Suriya made a dashing entry to the event towards the end and surprised everyone with his arrival. Suriya said he somehow wanted to make it to the event although l he was suffering from stomach pain. 

“I also wanted to attend the function for Vamsi and Pramod of UV Creations for the audio launch of Anushka’s Bhaagamathie,” said Suriya who stayed back to launch the album of Bhaagamathie composed by Thaman. It must be noted that Gang, the Telugu version of Thaanaa Serndha Koottam, was released in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana by UV Creations.

Suriya is currently gearing up to start shooting for ace filmmaker Selvaraghavan’s Suriya 36,which will be produced by Prabhu SR’s Dream Warrior Pictures. Sai Pallavi, which is awaiting the release of emotional thriller Karu on February 9th, and Rakul Preet, who was last seen in Karthi’s investigative thriller Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, play the female leads in the movie. The shooting is expected to start rolling soon in Chennai.
