We just got our hands on these bunch of viral snaps and videos from Malayalam actress Bhavana’s Mehendi ceremony that was held last night and boy, doesn’t it look like a scene from a film? No seriously! Wearing a bright yellow outfit, Bhavana was screaming happiness and the fact she was enjoying every bit of her pre-wedding ceremony only proves how excited is she to marry the love of her life Naveen. Let’s not forget, Naveen and Bhavana have been together for over 5 years, before getting engaged in March 2017. Sweet, we say!
While you might anticipate a big fat wedding on the cards. Bhavana and Naveen have instead opted for a simple ceremony at the Jawaharlal Convention Centre at Kovilakathum Padam, Thrissur in Kerala today as Bhavana’s brother Jayadev confirmed, “It is going to be a simple wedding and we have invited only our close family and friend. It is a private function and does not have any theme or anything of a celebrity wedding.” The couple will tie the knot between 10.30 am to 11.30 am followed by a reception around 6 pm at the same venue, added a source. For all the uninitiated, Bhavana has starred in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films in her career spanning over a decade and a half. She has won two Kerala State Film Awards, Kerala State Film Award – Special Mention for Nammal and Second Best Actress – Daivanamathil in 2005 apart from a host of other awards including the Filmfare, Asianet Awards, etc. While her last Malayalam film was Adam Joan in which she was paired opposite Prithviraj, she is soon expecting the release of her Kannada movie Tagaru, next month.
