Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, who tied the knot in the serene locales of Tuscany, Italy, later went to Delhi to host a grand reception. The couple returned to Mumbai today afternoon for their second reception which is scheduled to be on December 26. ‘Virushka’ as they are fondly called became a hot topic of discussion when they stunned their fans with their sudden decision. We wonder how did they even manage to keep such a big news a secret all this time. The planning for their D-day has been going all since a very long time and we didn’t even realise till Anushka was snapped at the airport with her family. It won’t be wrong to call them a power couple for their combined assets are worth millions. The IT couple of the industry has been busy receiving all the warm wishes and blessings from their fans and we are sure the saga will continue for another month or so.
While Virushka’s Delhi reception was more of family and Virat’s cricketer friends, Mumbai will host a majority of Anushka’s friends. Hundreds of fans and media people had gathered outside the airport to have a glance of this newlywed couple and click them together. Virat played a very protective husband as he escorted his wifey from all the hounding fans and media. Meanwhile Anushka Sharma couldn’t stop smiling as she received so much warmth and affection. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli will soon fly to South Africe to ring in their New Year’s Eve. The Indian captain will then continue his practice session against the country for a new series and Anushka will continue to lend her support to her hubby. Post she returns, she’ll start shooting for Sui Dhaaga with Varun Dhawan and also promote her next production venture, Pari.
