Aiyaary song Lae Dooba: Sidharth and Rakul look oh-so-cute
The trailer of Aiyaary that released a few days back promised us a New Year release that was high on suspense and thrill. The first song from the film, Lae Dooba is out and we totally loved it! It is the perfect romantic number that you would love to hear to get into the mood. Sunidhi Chauhan is at the top of her game as the song drives straight into your heart. The lyrics by Manoj Muntashir are also apt. However, what we totally adored was the chemistry between Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh. The young lady had impressed us in Yaariyan and does a fine job here as well.
In the song, it is evident that Rakul’s character has a crush on Sidharth Malhotra. However, he does not reciprocate to her as she hopes for. However, we can see an undercurrent of chemistry when they look at each other. It is a refreshing change from the in-your-face and sexually overt romantic songs that are all over the net now. Sidharth looks as handsome and dashing as ever while Rakul Preet steals the show as the girl who has this huge crush on a guy. Her innocence is just too cute. The lyrics bring forward the emotions in a wonderful manner.
Directed by Neeraj Pandey, Aiyaary is a crime drama centered around the Armed Forces. From what we understand it is a cat and a mouse game between a mentor and his protege. Manoj Bajpayee plays the mentor. Sidharth Malhotra is a young man who gets disillusioned with the Armed Forces after he sees the rampant corruption. This makes him turn truant. Manoj is entrusted with the job of hunting him down. The trailer was extremely promising in all respects. Stay tuned to here for more updates….
