shah rukh khan had grand birthday celebrations on November 2. His friends from the industry rung it in Alibaug at his bungalow and later the actor left for the ‘bay to be with his fans and media on the day. He did his customary birthday wave with his son AbRam who seemed a bit bored. Later, he cut a cake with the media in attendance and spoke to them at length about his films. Now the actor has flown to Ahmedabad for an event and we spotted him at the airport, as he was leaving the city. As is a norm for him, the actor kept it simple in a casual white shirt and denims, wearing glares.
Shah Rukh recently leaked his look from his next film which is directed by Aanand L Rai and has Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead. It was his gift to his massive fanbase of 30 million on Twitter. While speaking on his birthday, Shah Rukh Khan spoke a lot about his stardom and the way his films are faring at the box office. IANS quoted the actor as saying, “Honestly, I think the longevity of stardom will be less in future, unlike our time, because of the simple logic of faster reach to the audience. I think the concept of superstardom will change. In fact, it has started changing. Earlier, it used to take three months for a film to get released all over India. Now it takes three seconds for a film to reach our mobile phone. For me, from when I made a debut to becoming a star, it took 10 years because people took some time to know me, then slowly they became fans… Now, for a young actor, it just takes a year to gain popularity. So, the longevity of 30 years will go down a bit. Things are going to come and go faster.”
