Jai Simha's First Look Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna Is Here!

Nandamuri Balakrishna is on a roll. 2017  began with his ambitious 100th film and today  the first look of his 102 filmis out! After much speculation, nandamuri balakrishna‘s upcoming project has been titled Jai Simha not Karna! But the excitement doesn’t end there – the makers have now revealed the first still featuring the actor in yet another mass avatar. While we have seen Nandamuri Balakrishna in several massy looks, the drama around them never ceases. While the veteran actor takes centre stage, it’s the elements around him that are intriguing us. There is statue of a respected man and a monochrome picture of a gathering. We can only assume this film will be set in an earlier era. Is Nandamuri Balakrishna playing a yesteryear hero? As of now, details of his character have been kept under wraps. The actor will reunite with Nayanthara for this movie. Their pairing has been a major hit among fans so to have them reunite is a big plus. The film will be directed by KS Ravi Kumar . The film has already locked on its release date – 12th January, 2018.

Nandamuri Balakrishna will also be playing NTR on screen, who happens to be his father in a bopic directed by Teja. The film will be bankrolled by Nandamuri and two others.

Nandamuri Balakrishna was last seen in Paisa Vasool, a  typical massy entertainer directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film also starred Shriya Saran. The movie was reviewed to be tailor made for Balayya fans. His 100th film, Gautamiputra Satakarni, that released at the beginning fo the year created quite a storm. The actor took on the role of a historical ruler and went through a dramatic makeover. The film was directed by Krishna. The movie also starred Shriya Saran and Hema Malini. The film performed phenomenally at the box office and was also lauded for its cinematic visuals and its powerful characters.
