Sonakshi Sinha And Diana Penty Team Up For Happy Bhaag Jayegi Returns.
Monday sure has begun on a great note! Turns out Happy Bhaag Jayegi’s much talked about sequel finally goes on floors today. But that’s not all – As per reports on Bombay Times, The film will have a new Happy. She sprightly, vivacious and totally goofy. We are talking about sonakshi sinha. But that’s the only new star of Happy Bhaag Jayegi Returns. The film will star diana penty, Ali Fazal, Abhay Deol, Jimmy Shergill from the previous version. we can’t wait to find out what the sequel has in store.
Happy Bhaag Jayegi was about a feisty girl, Happy from Amritsar who wanted to get married to Guddu, the love of her life. But her parents had other plans. They fixed her engagement with a local politician much to her disapproval. That’s when Happy decides to run away with Guddu. But destiny had other plans, as Happy lands up in Lahore at Bilal, another politician’s house. Initially the two get off to a wrong start, Bilal is also hiding her from his father. To make matters worse, his fiancee thinks something is cooking between the two. That’s when Bilal decides to take matters into hands and goes to India to bring Guddu, get them married and deport them to India. But things take a surprising turn when Bilal starts to have feelings for Happy. Meanwhile, Happy gets kidnapped, and the local politician she was to be engaged with in the first place lands up in Lahore. It’s a fun, journey unusual with whole of memorable performances on behalf of Ali Fazal, Abhay Deol and Diana.
