Nagarjuna And Samantha Ruth Prabhu's Raju Gari Gadhi 2 Is An Interesting Watch! Check Out Our Thoughts About The First Half.
With one week to go for Diwali, festivities in Tollywood have begun with an interesting genre, horror-comedy. The sequel to Raju Gari Gadhi has finally hit theatres today (October 13). Starring nagarjuna, samantha ruth prabhu, Seerat Kapoor and Chinmayi Sriprada, we were quite excited about this one. From the looks of the trailer the film seemed to be based on a Malayalam film, Pretham. It promised horror, comedy and total entertainment. But how is the movie?
Our film critic – Karthika Raveendran is watching the movie and by the end of the first half, here’s what she had to say, “raju gari gadhi 2 is about three friends who co-own a summer house that is lent out to guests as part of vacation packages. The summer house also has a beach attached to it, so it’s the perfect holiday home with everything at the guest’s disposal. But this happiness and business is short lived as the co-owners start to experience strange events at the house. Network connections take a hit, strange phone calls are received, mirrors start to crack, there is a glimpse of a black shadow moving about. They call upon a priest, but the spirit is too strong and stubborn and ends up scaring the holy man away. That’s when the priest suggests, a world renowned Mentalist by the name Rudra. He is known to solve police cases based on a scientific method that he abides by. He’s confident, understands human emotions and is fearless.
On reaching the summer house, he senses a presence and tries to interact with the supernatural spirit. The unnatural being gets into his body and tries to take control but Rudra saves himself in time. That’s when he explains the presence of a girl who is looking for vengeance. While the film proves to be a total time pass, the scary scenes and the comic scenes are just about average. Seerat Kapoor’s presence in the film is also a puzzle. But we are curious to know who this spirit is? Fortunately, the movie doesn’t drag and comes to the point. Nagarjuna as the mentalist is great to watch. He is effortless, suave and exhibits great screen presence. Let’s see if the second half unlocks the mystery.” Stay tuned to BollywoodLife as we get you the FULL review and more details on Nagarjuna, Seerat Kapoor, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s raju gari gadhi 2 right here!
