justice league is about heroes coming together for an epic battle against an otherworldly foe, and what’s better than having David Bowie’s popular song Heroes playing in the background. Well the final trailer of justice league has landed and the first thing we notice about the trailer (apart from a returning Clark Kent, discussed in a bit) is the song they have used, which is quite apt for the trailer. Unlike the other trailers of justice league, we got to see something different here. For one, Henry Cavill returns as Clark Kent/Superman, after sitting out of action in the previous trailer, because you know, he is supposed to be dead.

The trailer begins with him in the field in front of the house, when Lois Lane, played by Amy Adams, looks so happy seeing him alive. He then asks her whether it means she said yes, hinting at the ring on the finger. Then suddenly, she as well, as we realise that it is all a dream. Poor girl just can’t catch a break!

But then from a serene romantic reunion setting, the trailer shifts to action with some really stylish shots of the rest of the surviving JL members, the best being Wonder Woman standing on a huge golden statue and a bare-bodied Aquaman in the water. Cyborg gets to do something cool in the new trailer, including saving Aquaman from falling. Of course it is Aquaman and Wonder Woman who still get the best stunts, while Ben Affleck’s smirk just remains the coolest thing about the whole franchise. And the last shot of The Flash aka Barry Allen geeking over Batman’s Bat signal is like any of us.

Here’s the new trailer…
