Ranbir Kapoor celebrates his birthday today and needless to say, we have been going gaga over him since morning. The actor commands such love, after all. Not only is he a great actor, but his charm also has us wrapped around his little finger. While he seems to be facing a difficult time at the box-office of late, the fate of his films has in no manner affected his popularity. And on his birthday today, his fans have been posting odes to him, in the form of edited pictures, sending their love to the actor.
While the actor is not officially on social media, he has revealed that he has a secret account and is always logged in, checking in on his friends and also keeping tabs on all that’s happening. So, obviously, he must have witnessed all the love coming his way.
Confirming the same, Ranbir’s mother, Neetu Kapoor, who is quite active on social media, shared a rather emotional post on her Instagram account. With the post, she also shared a throwback family picture, featuring cute little Ranbir. See the post for yourself below…
What’s also to be noted is the fact that Neetu refers to Ranbir as Rana. Now, we don’t recall if he was referred to by this name earlier. Is this how Neetu addresses her son dearest or is this Ranbir’s nickname at home? Well, that’s something only the Kapoors can answer. Till then, we will fawn over the love that this mother-son duo share. Ranbir has, on numerous occasions, confessed to being a mama’s boy and Neetu, too, has never shied away from singing praises of her son. And on his birthday today, it is indeed nice of her to thank his fans on his behalf.
