sunny deol, bobby deol along with their father the legendary dharmendra are all set to return to the big screen once again with the third part of comedy franchise, Yamla Pagla Deewana, titled Yamla Pagla Deewana – Phir Se. And the good news is that the film has gone on floors today. Sharing the first pic from the sets, Bobby Deol took to his instagram page and captioned it, “Yamla and Deewana waiting for the Pagla to join … on set YPD- phir se!! #myinspiration #lookuptohim #yamlapagladeewana #shootmode #workmode #feeling #blessed”. The amusing caption because the pic had only Dharmendra and Bobby Deol, Sunny Deol was missing from the sets.
Looks like Sunny Deol who is busy directing his son, Karan Deol for his debut film Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas is yet to join them for the film’s shoot.
Talking about the film, it’s indeed unique as the second part in the franchise, Yamla Pagla Deewana 2 was a colossal disappointment. But still they are coming with a third part. As far as I remember, it’ll be a first for Bollywood to see a sequel for a flop film. Dharmendra has recently spoken about the third part of the franchise as he told IANS, “Yamla Pagla Deewana 3 will be an inhouse picture… It will be very good and the characters are very good.” He had also spoken about the failure of Yamla Pagla Deewana 2. He had said, “I knew that it will be a flop. When I saw the trailer, I told Sunny that it has gone. I said ‘Pehle mein humne logon ko hasaya hai, is mein hum roenge (In the first part, we made people laugh, in this one, we will cry).”
