Guys, brace yourselves! The teaser of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited film, 2.0 is going to come out tomorrow. Trade analyst Ramesh Bala just officially CONFIRMED that the makers of the film are going to release the first glimpse of 2.0 tomorrow on Ganesh Chaturthi. “Official: @superstarrajini – @akshaykumar ‘s #2Point0Glimpse at 6 PM tomorrow..” Whoa! Now that’s something that’s got us super excited. After all, this is something that we have been desperately waiting for. The film has been in the news ever since forever and in fact, initially there were rumours that Akki will be playing a crow in the film. However, speaking to BollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY, Akshay had shunned such rumours where he said that he will be playing an alien creature and NOT a crow! That probably explains 2.0’s tagline – The world is not only for humans. Crow or not, we are very excited about Akshay Kumar’s character in 2.0.
Just recently there were reports stating that the film’s release date has been pushed further. However, that’s untrue. Trade analyst Taran Aadarsh took to Twitter to confirm the release date of the Akshay – Rajini starrer where he tweeted, “#2point0 release shifted to April 2018? No truth to it. 25 Jan 2018 it is and that’s final. Stars Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar.” The trailer is set to release on December 12, that happens to be Rajinikanth’s birthday.
The film is reportedly made a whopping budget of Rs 400 crore.
