IIFA 2017 is happening in New York this year and Bollywood celebs are all gearing up to be part of it. The organisers have promised that the upcoming edition of IIFA is going to be bigger and better. For once, the show will be telecast live on the channels straight from New York. This will actually help in reducing fake reaction and bring ingenuity to the show a la the Oscars and once upon a time Filmfare too. Even the actors involved are pretty hyped about this event, going by all their press conferences.
We had also earlier reported about how KATRINA KAIF AND SALMAN KHAN had visited the US consulate in Mumbai to do their visa formalities before they head off to New York for IIFA. Now we got new pics of Katrina’s ex Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Vicky Kaushal preparing to leave for the Big Apple, but not before engaging in some goofy antics with each other, as seen in the above pics. Even Ranbir and Anushka’s outfits were quirky, but not as Ranveer levels of goofiness. Let’s hope they also get to do something goofier on the show as well.
It is interesting to note that all the three actors were a part of a movie, and it happened to be a big disaster as well. Yes, you guessed it right, the movie was Bombay Velvet, Anurag Kashyap’s costliest mistake. While Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma played the leads in the movie, this was Vicky Kaushal’s first screen credit as he had a small role in the movie. However, people always confuse his movie debut as the Cannes winning Masaan.
