Bahaubali : The Conclusion Becomes The First Movie To Have The Highest Screen Count After 50 Days.

It’s been 50 days since Baahubali: The Conclusion hit theatres but the frenzy hasn’t died down yet! This is the first south film that broke barriers and opened to an outstanding response across the world. We have lost count of the numbers of records the film has to its credit. And now we can add another one – This film is the first to have the highest screen count in Kerala after a 50 day run. Yes, after nearly two months, Baahubali 2 continues to run in 103 screens in Kerala! That’s the kind of impact this film has had. Please note, this is originally a Telugu film but on this rare occasion (probably only), Bahaubali’s  dubbed versions have opened to an equally brilliant response.

The film has been lauded for its exemplary concept, sharp direction, compelling story and its powerful characters. SS RAJAMOULI has been hugely praised for taking on a daring concept and giving it 5 years of his life. His hard work clearly paid off and how. Prabhas‘ popularity has soared after this magnum opus. He is now a global face. His portrayal as Amarendra Baahubali was nothing short of outstanding as he played the royal king of Mahishmati to perfection. Anushka Shetty as Devasena was the biggest surprise of all. Her popularity propelled to unimaginable heights post this film’s release. Devasena as a character was unanimously loved by fans. Post the roaring response from fans, the Baahubali team overwhelmed thanked all their fans on social media.

This film is a classic example of quality cinema and unbreakable BO records. The magnum opus has changed the face of cinema once and for all. Baahubali today is a brand that has diversified into books, graphic novels, animated series, TV series. The film as of today is one among the top movies to have crossed the Rs 1500 crore mark. While Dangal dethroned Baahubali at the BO worldwide SS Rajamouli’s film was the first to achieve the Rs 1000 crore record.
