Baahubali 2 Takes Over The Us As Well.
If you are of the opinion that Baahubali 2 is a craze only in India, you are heavily mistaken. That’s because the kind of numbers we are getting from the US prove that it is as big a film there as it is her. No film has ever managed to bring in such numbers, Baahubali 2 has just done the unthinkable. In last two days, the film has earned a massive $8.16 million in the US. This is simply unbelievable!
Taran Adarsh gave out the figures saying, “No Indian film has achieved it in USA in 2 days… #Baahubali2 total till 3.23 pm IST: $ 7,892,145 [₹ 50.72 cr]. Await final total. @Rentrak.” While the numbers are still getting tabulated, another Trade Expert Ramesh Bala released the breakup of two days in the US and it’s legendary. He writes, “#Baahubali2 becomes the 1st Indian movie to do $3 Million in a day – $3.47 M on Sat – Apr 29th in #USA – Total so far: $8.16 M [₹ 52.45 Crs]” It is only going to get bigger because Monday is a holiday which means added money. Also because there are no big releases in the coming weeks, Baahubali 2 will have a free run to amass as much riches as it possibly can. We already told you that Baahubali 2 has earned a massive Rs 223 crore in just two days in the domestic circuit which is simply incredible since no film has ever managed to earn so much money in just two days of release. It is going to be a week to remember for Indian Cinema. We are pretty sure of that.
