prabhas and rana daggubati's baahubali 2: the conclusion has now collected rs 81 crore at the box office in two days in the hindi version alone...
after taking the box office by storm on day one, looks like prabhas and rana daggubati‘s baahubali 2 has continued its magical run on day 2. we always thought that the film would rake in a huge figure once again courtesy the large screen space and the insane occupancy. and looks like our predictions were bang on as a popular trade portal, box office india reported that baahubali 2 has collected another rs 40 crore on day two through the hindi version alone. with a collection of rs 41 crore on day 1, the cumulative total of the movie’s hindi version alone is now rs 81 crore. this is fantastic to say the least!
if the other versions (tamil, telugu and malayalam) follow suit, we might see baahubali 2: the conclusion register a bigger second day. from our reckoning, the film can end up with a total cumulative collection of nearly rs 230-250 crore in 2 days. however, we will have to wait and watch till the official figures come out. from what we hear, the telugu collections have seen a dip, but the overall collections from all the four versions might be over rs 100 crore once again. talking about the film’s run at the bo, presenter karan johar tweeted a while ago, “the storm continues!!!!! box office updates later today.”
at the box office, baahubali 2: the conclusion has broken quite a few records already. it is now holds the record for the highest opening day occupancy, highest opening day collection ever, highest opening day collection in telugu cinema and many more. the film has also crossed the lifetime collections of various recent hits like akshay kumar‘s jolly llb2, varun dhawan’s badrinath ki dulhania and ranbir kapoor’s ae dil hai mushkil. with such an astonishing run at the box office, we are sure the movie will change the history of indian cinema
