Logan earns well on the first Monday.
Hugh Jackman’s Logan released last Friday along with Vidyut Jammwal's Commando 2 and has been doing really well at the box office. The film has already taken a lead in the race and has been continuing to do so. In fact, the film has even managed to pass the Monday litmus test by earning Rs. 2.48 crore. That’s a great number to have when the film has only 1400 screens to play on. So far the film has earned Rs. 19.58 crore.
Taran Adarsh revealed the latest figures saying, “#Logan Fri 4.75 cr, Sat 5.75 cr, Sun 6.60 cr, Mon 2.48 cr. Total: ₹ 19.58 cr. India biz… All versions.” If it continues to make great strides like this, it will manage to post a good first week total at the box office. It has turned out to be people’s choice at the theatres and there is a reason for that. Logan is the third film in the Wolverine franchise which is one of the favourite superhero movies here. We anyway are completely sold on Hollywood’s superhero franchises. Also because this is Hugh Jackman’s last film as Logan which might have brought people to the theatres. Now we aren’t aware who will be the next Wolverine but for us, Jackman will be our preferred one. Check out the tweet once more here

We told you yesterday how in three days, it has managed to beat the second film from the series The Wolverine. It also earned more than what Shraddha Kapoor’s Ok Jaanu this year and X-Men: Apocalypse did in first three days. Logan will earn much more in the coming days. It is a story of the aged and retired Wolverine. He meets a girl who has similar powers as him that baffles him. How he wields his iron claws one last time forms the rest of the story.
