Those who have been waiting for the next installment of the ‘Golmaal’ franchise can rejoice! Rohit Shetty’s ‘Golmaal Again’ went on floors today, but its lead star Ajay Devgn was missing in action. The ‘Shivaay’ star is busy shooting for ‘Baadshaho’ in Rajasthan and hence couldn’t make it for the first day of shoot of this laugh riot.
The fourth film boasts of a huge star cast including Parineeti Chopra, Tabu, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sanjay Mishra and Johny Lever while retaining the usual suspects - Ajay, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Kunal Khemu and Shreyas Talpade. Before commencing the shoot, Rohit was certain that he wanted all the actors to meet each other and get familiarised. According to reports, the cast of ‘Golmaal Again’ caught up for narration at a popular five-star hotel in Juhu on Tuesday evening.
The film’s first schedule will be in Mumbai followed by Hyderabad and Ooty. Rohit will also film a few sequences in Goa as he considers the place his good luck charm. Reports state that Ajay will join the team on March 11.
