Director Vishal Bhardwaj and team ‘Rangoon’ have kicked off the New Year, 2017 with a bang! With the help of leading man Shahid Kapoor, the team unveiled the first logo poster of the war drama on January 1.
Without giving fans a peek at the leading stars Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, the poster only reveals the film’s logo against the backdrop of a war-torn area, complete with a platoon marching to battle and bomber planes flying above. The film that is believed to depict a love triangle amidst the World War II, has the words “Love. War. Deceit”, as its tagline.
Shahid also confirmed reports that the film’s first trailer will be launched on Friday, January 6. While ‘Rangoon’ will be Kangana’s first outing with Vishal Bhardwaj, Saif and Shahid have worked with the director previously in ‘Omkara’ and ‘Kaminey’ respectively.
