Aamir Khan is dying to show Dangal to his close friend Salman Khan. Aamir and Salman are often seen cross promoting each other’s films on their social networking sites and the PK actor is positive that Salman will promote Dangal too.
“I am sure Salman Khan will love to promote my film. I also love promoting his films. I am dying to show Dangal to him,” said Aamir.
However, for all those who were looking forward to seeing Aamir promoting his film on Bigg Boss 10, there is some sad news. Aamir clarified that he had no intentions of promoting his latest film on any television show.
“I am not promoting the movie on TV. But our advertisements and promos are featured on TV. But I won’t be going on any show,” he said.
Staying on Salman, Aamir also revealed why he didn’t heed to the former’s advice about not sporting six packs for Dangal.
Aamir said, “There are different kinds of wrestlers. You will see that the akhada wrestlers who are into mud fighting normally have a big paunch and are big guys. But if you see Sushil Kumar and all others, they have six packs and are very fit. You pick up any of the mat wrestlers representing India, be it Vinesh Phogat or Geeta and Babita Phogat, you will find that they are fit. There is not an ounce of fat. They don’t want to keep abs but it comes. In mat wrestling, if I am fighting in 70 kilos category in which 30 percent of my body is fat it will reduce my speed. Fat is of no use. All mat wrestlers are as light as they possibly can be in their own weight category.”
