Dangal second poster out: Aamir Khan who plays Mahavir Singh Phogat in the film is all proud of his daughters.

In the trailer of Aamir Khan’s Dangal, we see his daughter saying fiercely, “Kushti bahut ho gai, ab Dangal hoga.” Now, take away the words and substitute them with looks and you will get the new Dangal poster. The poster also has the film’s tagline, “Are my girls any less than boys?”

The new poster has Aamir Khan and his quartet of budding wrestling champs — his four daughters — looking at you as if challenging you to try something funny. The poster was revealed by Aamir on Twitter while thanking fans for appreciating the film’s second song, Dhaakad.

Aamir Khan’s much-awaited film is a biopic based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and how he trained his daughters, Babita and Geeta Phogat, into world champions. This new poster showcase Aamir with his daughters, both who played young Geeta, Babita and also the grown-up versions.

Aamir tweeted the poster while thanking people for liking the film’s song Dhaakad. He said, “Hey guys, thanks for the fantastic response to Haanikarak Bapu & Dhaakad! Here is our second poster, hope you like it. Love. a.”

This almost two and half minute song, composed by Pritam, penned by Amitabh Bhattacharyaand sung by Raftaar is all about woman power.

‘Dhaakad,’ which means powerful, potential, shows the strenuous yet rewarding journey of Geeta and Babita Phogat. Dedicated to the young girls of India, the song showcases the girls wrestling with heavily built men and winning a victory over them with immense ease.
