Sonam Kapoor: Bebo and I had to cut our fees to get 'Veere Di Wedding' out there

Sonam Kapoor has always been one of those actresses who speak their mind and recently she shared a rather bitter truth of the ever-so-buzzing film industry. The 'Neerja' actress, in her recent review, came out clear on the issues female artists have to face while making a film. She shed light on how her upcoming film 'Veere Di Wedding' landed in a soup due to budget restraints imposed on them. Not just that, Sonam and Kareena even had to cut their fees along with other members of their team to get the film out there. Sonam, who has been an integral part of the industry for almost a decade now, also shared there's a lot of sexism in the industry which is disgusting.
