Harshvardhan Kapoor's debut film 'Mirzya,' which received mixed reviews from the film critics, has failed to make a mark at the box office. According to boxofficeindia.com, the film has collected only Rs 5 crore in its first weekend and there are little chances that it will show any growth in the days to come
However, Harshvardhan is unfazed by the film's poor show at the box office and feels that when one tries to take the unconventional route, people take the time to see and recognise it. Harsh took to Instagram to post a picture of himself from the film and captioned it as, "#mirzya whenever you try and build a new path by not doing the conventional thing , people will take time to see and recognise it , first they will bring u down then they will eventually buy you drinks , but I only drink the best whisky so be ready that time will come , once an artist always an artist."

Well, looks like the 25-year-old is undeterred by the film's failure. Hope, he strikes back soon!

‘Mirzya’ box office failure: Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra isn’t worried about the recovery of cost

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 'Mirzya' has received a poor response at the box office with the film having collected just Rs 5 crore in its first weekend. The figures are surprising considering the fact that Mehra's last outing, 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' was a superhit at the ticket windows.

However, the director, who spent around Rs 30 crore on the film, isn't worried about the recovery of costs. In an interview to an entertainment portal, Mehra said that they had already recovered Rs 21.5 crore from satellite and music rights of the film. He further said that they will get over the line and that he wasn't so worried about that.
