As Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan will be seen sharing the screen after the gap of 14 years in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil', the actress in the talk show, 'Rendezvous with Simi Garewal' had earlier spoken about why some movies that were reported where the both the actors were expected to work together never happened.
Reportedly, among the films she was supposed to be a part of with Shah Rukh was 'Chalte Chalte', 'Veer-Zaara' and 'Kal Ho Naa Ho'. Aishwarya had said that she was hurt and it was shocking for her when she was replaced by other actresses in these movies. She had also said that she never went and asked the reason why she was replaced as her dignity is extremely precious to her. She added if people had to explain, then, they could have. If they did not that means that it was never their intention to explain.
